My painting style, has been characterized over the years, through research and a cultural and spiritual insight into the customs and traditions of ancient civilizations, which have always fascinated me, leading me to travel around the World. I could study and experience up close the various artistic and painting techniques, used by the Plateau Indians of Yucatan, with the preparation of colors, stimulating me in research and experimentation. The history of Byzantium, with the study of the mosaics of Ravenna, influenced my brushstroke on the canvas, and the experience gained in Australia, through the Aboriginal art, it started my first cycle of works dedicated to the theme of the Trees. Ottoman art, I was inspired by the cycle of works dedicated to tapestries, like the Damascus Gardens. In addition, I am fascinated by the characters of Greek Mythology, and of course from the Baroque style (Rococo), with its great elegance. I conclude by saying that the various artistic cultures, contaminating my art, have characterized my artistic language
Patricia del Monaco, figlia d’arte nel campo della musica e del Teatro, nasce a Roma,
frequenta la scuola del mosaico di Ravenna.
Collabora con lo studio del Maestro Jaber Alwan, dove espone il suo primo ciclo di opere.
Con l'Associazione Amibec del Ministero dei Beni Culturali, partecipa alla mostra "Quattro stagioni", e successivamente a "Cosmocromie e plasticismi" presso il Complesso Monumentale di S. Andrea al Quirinale, e "Eterna Flow "presso l'Angelica Library di Roma.
In collaborazione con la Fondazione Acra di Milano, partecipa alla mostra d'arte contemporanea, nella sede di Palazzo Reale.
Con "Similitude & Contrasto", presso il Complesso Monumentale del Vittoriano a Roma, espone un nuovo ciclo di opere intitolato "Il Giardino della Rinascita", abbinato ad un importante manoscritto del XVII secolo , intitolato Hortus Regius Honselaerdicensis,in collaborazione conl il Ministero dei Beni Culturali, e la Biblioteca Nazionale Centrale di Firenze, con la curatela di Sergio Risaliti, Maria Letizia Sebastiani, Andrea Romoli Barberini, Maria Cristina Bettini.
Espone per "Six Artists for Research" al Complesso Monumentale di S. Andrea al Quirinale a Roma.
Espone al Cultural Institute di Amsterdam, con l'Art Association "Dante's House" di Firenze.
Opere esposte in permanenza a l'Ambasciata di Romania, Ambasciata dell' Iraq, Ambasciata d'Egitto, Istituto di Cultura Giapponese, Istituto di Cultura Egiziano.
Hanno scritto delle sue opere: Sergio Risaliti, Arturo Carlo Quintavalle, Paolo Levi, Letizia Sebastiani, Romolo Barberini. Radini Tedeschi.
